For what age is THE SEND?
THE SEND is for young people and young adults aged 16 to 28 inclusive.
What time does THE SEND start and finish?
Doors open at 09:30. The programme runs from 11:00 until 21:00.
How do I get to Jaarbeurs Utrecht?
The Jaarbeurs is easily accessible by train, bus and car. Utrecht Central Station is right next to the Jaarbeurs. Are you coming with a group? Via Arriva you can also
arrange a minibus.
How much does a ticket cost and where do I buy one?
A regular ticket costs €25. You can easily buy your ticket via our Events4Christ ticket page.

What does the schedule look like?
Expect a continuous programme featuring worship, short messages, testimonies and moments where you are challenged to take a practical step
to commit. Not an event just to watch, but a day where your YES is central.

Can I cancel or resell my ticket?
Will you not manage to attend after all? What a shame! But good news, you can
reselling your ticket to someone else. Tickets are non-refundable and the
name of the ticket remains the same. You therefore remain the main booker and will receive
all event updates still directly in your mailbox.
What is included with my ticket?
With your ticket you get access to THE SEND Main Event on October 24 in the
Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
Are there group tickets or promotional offers?
Unfortunately, the early-bird offer has expired. Did you miss out? No worries, you can
still need to buy a regular ticket!
Are you coming with a group? Great! You can easily order a group ticket. We
only we don't offer any extra group discount.
How many people do I need for a group ticket?
As many as you like! You can add as many people as you like, so invite

Can I add extra tickets to my group later?
No, that's not possible. But we don't work with assigned seating. Because of this, you can still
always stand and/or sit together as a group.
Does everyone have to enter at the same time with a group ticket?
Not at all! Just make sure that everyone has printed their own ticket or
has digitally with them for registration.
Can I, as a youth leader or group leader, place a single combined order?
Of course! As a youth leader or group leader, you can just have one joint

Yes! Are you coming with a group? You can get a discount via Arriva. Check the options

Where can I park?
You can just park at the Jaarbeurs! A day ticket is €31.00 and per hour
it costs €4.75. Please note: for vehicles higher than 2.70 metres, the daily rate applies

What time do the doors open?
The doors of THE SEND Main Event open at 09:30.
What’s the minimum age for attending?
From 16 years of age you are welcome up to 28 years. At THE SEND Main Event we focus
really on young people.
What does the schedule look like?
The programme runs continuously from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm. A day full of worship
So! The worship sessions are interspersed with short talks and activities
moments and testimonies.
Can I go outside for a bit?
Yes! You can go out for some fresh air whenever you like and then come back inside.
Other than that, there is no official break. So everyone can choose their own time

Is there food and drink available?
Certainly, we don't have a 10-hour walking event without food or drink. This is
available at the catering area.
Are allergies or other dietary requirements catered for in the catering area?
At the catering points, you can ask staff for information about allergens
and dietary requirements. Please bear in mind, however, that there is no special range available
for specific allergies or dietary requirements.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can! You’re allowed to bring your own food and drink. At the catering area, you’ll find

What do I need to bring?
Your phone, earphones if you want translation and possibly a power bank.
What happens in bad weather?
Fortunately it is indoors at the Jaarbeurs, so regardless of the weather it can go ahead
carry on! It is important to check your journey in advance during bad weather.
What happens after THE SEND?
THE SEND doesn't stop on 24 October. New events are already in the planning and everyone who
makes a choice for a mission area is approached by one of our outcome partners.
They help you to take a concrete next step. In addition, we are in discussions with churches
and network to discover how we can best support our generation even after the event

Is there translation?
Can I charge my phone?
There are a few charging points available. Just to be sure, also bring a

By bus to the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht
Through a private bus with a driver, shared group transport, and regional pick-up points, joint participation will be organised more clearly and easily for everyone for October 24, 2026.

There will be a camping option available at Mystery Creek. This covers both Friday and Saturday night only, regardless of whether you are staying 1 or 2 nights. You can select from these 3 options:
