Compassion is committed to children living in extreme poverty. We provide holistic support: from healthy nutrition and medical care to good education and spiritual guidance, so that every child can grow in health, self-confidence, and hope. Jesus is central to everything we do: we believe His love and power make the difference.
International Justice Mission (IJM) is an international human rights organisation that stops modern slavery, human trafficking, and violence. Working with local police, judges and aid workers, IJM liberates victims, ensures perpetrators are punished, and strengthens justice systems. In this way, IJM ensures that violence stop and stay away.
Mercy Ships is an international Christian organisation that brings free medical care to people in Africa who have no access to it. With large hospital ships and volunteers from all over the world, we want to follow the example of Jesus in caring for the very poorest. In this way, we are committed to offering hope, healing and new opportunities for the future.
Together with our partners, we are working towards four key objectives: combating extreme poverty with Compassion, bringing about structural change in the fight against modern slavery with IJM, supporting persecuted Christians with Open Doors, and helping victims of forced prostitution with THDV.
Open Doors stands strong and unashamed, empowering persecuted Christians and letting them know they are part of the global Body of Christ. Christians who are discriminated against, abused, or imprisoned for following Jesus Christ must never stand alone.
Tearfund provides emergency aid during disasters and conflicts and strengthens churches and communities to sustainably tackle poverty and injustice. We believe the church has a mandate to care for its neighbour. Our mission is to do justice and encourage people to make the world more beautiful.
Through our foundation Scarlet Cord, THDV is committed to a world without human trafficking and forced prostitution, where everyone working in prostitution is given the choice to exit and build a different life, and where young people grow up in a safe society with a healthy view of relationships and sexuality.
