During The Send, we expect thousands of young people who are passionate about Jesus and want to go ‘all-in’. This specific target group is looking for the next step in their lives and wants to give their faith practical expression. Therefore, it is of particular interest to bring your organisation to the attention of these young people.

Preferred Supplier

Our Preferred Supplier is Ben de Wild. They are the supplier who can load and unload at the trade fair. Through them, you can rent furniture and other necessities. Ben de Wild can also arrange a complete furnishing and decoration of your stand.

Sales regulations

The sale of food and drink is not permitted. The free distribution of food and drink is also not allowed, as this is in conflict with the catering regulations of Jaarbeurs Utrecht. The sale of books, postcards, jewellery, clothing and similar products is permitted.

 

Hereby, or:
A. When selling products from the stand additional If it is part of the core business of an organisation, we will charge an additional €100 for this.
B. Where the sale of products from the stand constitutes an organisation’s core business, a surcharge of 20% applies to turnover, subject to a minimum of €100.
